CAN I PAY MY BILLS ONLINE?Payments are automatically withdrawn from a bank account or credit card. Soon a portal will be available where you can access all your previous invoices and payments.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DOES ONE ALLIANCE FINANCIAL ACCEPT?All major credit cards, including American Express. Void cheques Direct withdrawal forms from chequing accounts only.

HOW DO I GET APPROVED?Fill out our online application, and we will process your application and provide you with details of your approval.

HOW DO I PAY OFF MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE?Please call our office or send us an email and we will provide you with your outstanding balance or final balance invoice. Payments can be made by credit card or cheque.

WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT ARE COVERED BY YOUR FINANCING AND RENTAL SERVICES?Our financing plans cover a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical equipment. We also offer rental services for equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, water softeners, and reverse osmosis systems.

CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL AGREEMENT?Yes, if needed, you may extend your rental agreement. This will however depend on the availability of the equipment.

HOW DO I RETURN EQUIPMENT THAT I HAVE BORROWED?You need to return the rented equipment in good condition within the specified timeframe. For the full terms of the return process, please consult your rental agreement.
